Our room at Le Royal Monceau was incredibly beautiful, with 1940’s and 50’s inspired decor showcasing modern art from the hotel’s own private collection, a spacious sitting area, and two flat screen televisions hidden as mirrors on the wall. Our bed was plush, soft and comfortable, making it extremely easy to stay in bed all day, ordering room service, and watching movies because of bad weather!

The breakfast buffet was the most delightfully fresh display of food we have ever seen, including Pierre Hermé baked goodies, incredibly delicious omelets, and a variety of fine cheeses that seemed to go on for ever.

A unique and favorite feature of Le Royal Monceau was the roomy, comfortable chairs placed throughout the hotel that made Thomas and I feel like we were relaxing at home, even when we were surrounded by hotel guests.

The location of the hotel, just a few blocks down from the Arc de’Triomphe on a much less crowded street than Champs-Élysées, was extremely convenient for any newcomer to Paris, or even a seasoned veteran.
