I must admit, I have a lot of winter coats, from classic double breasted, to toggle, to cashmere trench, to a warm parka, to navy peacoat, to faux fur. Different styles, lengths, fabrics and weights to go with different activities and weather during the winter season. But one thing remains the same – each coat is fashionable, functional and practical, keeps me warm and/or dry during incremental weather, and is versatile. And while some can be a bit pricey, I’ve found that it can be worth the investment if a coat is versatile enough to be worn again and again and ends up in your closet for years to come.
