About a month before each Gal Meets Glam Collection photoshoot, we sit down to plan the styling for each and every piece. Will the model wear her hair up or down? What type of shoes would best complement the piece and make sense for where we imagine women will wear it? Simple or statement earrings? Our list of questions goes on until ultimately, we land on the exact combinations that will help us share each dress, jumpsuit, and more in the best possible way. After dressing up so often throughout the holiday season, we’re always most drawn to understated classics and effortlessly relaxed pieces come January. You’ll see that throughout the new Collection’s silhouettes and styles, but we also set out to carry it into our shoot’s accessories. Our love for the pretty and polished look that headbands create is going strong as we head into 2020. For this shoot, we kept things simple with our favorite black velvet headband that has just a touch of padding.
