Expanding our Gal Meets Glam Collection categories beyond dresses has opened up so many more opportunities to wear GMGC daily. We now carry coats, sweaters, jumpsuits, scarves, and even shoes, with more products coming soon, just in time for the holidays! I’m so proud of each piece we create that a day rarely goes by when I’m not wearing something from the Collection. Since I’ve been gravitating toward denim lately, I was inspired to share a few different ways to wear GMGC with the denim staples that are probably already in your closet. Take a look at five ideas below, and keep an eye on the Daily Looks page for more!

One of my all-time favorite GMGC + denim looks is one of our tweed jackets, like Annika, with a white tee and a pair of relaxed jeans. I love that it always strikes the perfect balance between polished and casual. A crisp white sneaker and a feminine blush bag complete this effortlessly chic look.

Annika Jacket

I can’t get enough of our pink and navy tweed this season—so much so that you’ll find it on our Annika jacket, Annika dress, and GMG x Margaux Pointe flats. This jacket’s tweed, plus its boxy, slightly cropped design, make it a staple in my wardrobe this fall.

Mom Jeans

I find that high-waisted jeans are the most flattering to wear with this look, especially considering the length of our tweed jackets. This Madewell pair has a perfectly relaxed fit that I love.

Our first pullover, Marguerite, is my cream sweater of choice for the season. Wear this versatile piece with a denim mini and a few fall-inspired accessories (like our burgundy suede flats and a leopard headband) on sunny days…before it gets too chilly to go bare-legged.

Marguerite Sweater

To give our first pullover sweater a GMG spin, we gave the Marguerite a ruffled collar and subtle bishop sleeves. Its elegant silhouette is easy to dress up for work or down for the weekend.

Denim Mini Skirt

A denim mini has always been a staple of my transitional weather wardrobe, since it offers the femininity of a skirt with the laid-back look of denim. Don’t hesitate to try lots of options before landing on the one that is the perfect length and fit for your body.

We got the best taste of coat weather in New York City a few weeks ago! Now, I’m eager for the temperatures to drop in Charleston so I can wear our new coats daily. The Hadley coat has such a timeless silhouette, we brought it to life in three colors, including this classic black. I’ll be wearing it this season with with straight-leg jeans and feminine accessories.

Hadley Coat

Just two weeks into carrying coats at GMGC, we’ve already seen so many women style the Hadley coat in black in all different ways. It’s truly one of those pieces you’ll be able to pull out of your closet year after year.

Straight Leg Jeans

In the perfect light-medium wash and a relaxed fit, these Rebecca Taylor jeans create that all-American vibe that is synonymous with denim. This pair has been one of my favorites to wear recently.

I wore dresses with denim jackets often this past spring, but have recently been inspired to bring the look to my fall wardrobe as well. Try our Tiffany sweater dress (one of our bestsellers this month) under a denim jacket, paired with cozy, classic accessories, like suede boots, a cashmere scarf, and tortoise sunglasses.

Tiffany Dress

Our Tiffany sweater dress has just enough detailing in the knit to make it extra special. Amongst all the warm tones I wear in autumn, changing things up with this rich navy hue feels fresh and romantic.

Classic Denim Jacket

When it comes to denim jackets, I stick to traditional washes, minimal details, and a slightly boxy shape for a look that will never go out of style. It doesn’t get much more classic than this J. Crew option!

I embrace white jeans year-round, especially since I’ve finally found a few styles that I truly love. Pairing our Jolie coat with white makes the color really pop! Style it with cozy camel pieces for fall, and then switch them out for grays and blacks in the winter to take this look from one season to the next.

Jolie Coat

No matter the season, I’m always drawn to this crisp shade of French blue. We kept all eyes on the color of our Jolie coat, giving it a simple silhouette with a cinched waist, a rounded collar, and monochromatic buttons.

White Jeans

I was pleasantly surprised to find that wide-leg cropped pants were so flattering, and this SLVRLAKE pair is no exception. A touch of fraying at the hems adds a subtle, modern edge that balances more feminine pieces perfectly.
