Vince Sweater, Paul & Joe Dress (old, last seen here/ similar here and here), Chloe Flats c/o, Prada Bag
I have travel on my mind lately as we have a big trip coming up at the end of the week and it seems that many of you do as well! I’ve been getting tons of travel related emails recently, especially on what to pack, shoes to wear or accessories to bring. I did a post two weeks ago on my travel style, which is what I usually wear to the airport or on “travel days” like long car or train rides. While the clothes I pack usually depend on the destination we’re going to, I always bring my ballet flats. They’re my go-to chic but practical shoe that I can wear all day, walking or not.
My Chloe ballet flats are easily one of the comfiest pairs I own. Have you ever tried on a pair? The leather is like butter and they seem to mold to your feet. Because of the soft leather, I’ve never got a blister or had to break in a pair, even after walking in them all day. I have them in black but recently got this nude/blush color that’s perfect for spring and will easily pair with all of my favorite pastel dresses. You can shop more colors and style over at Barneys here.
I pulled out this old Paul & Joe dress I got years ago and paired it under a soft blush Vince sweater. Can you tell this is somewhat of my uniform this season? I’ll either pair my denim jacket or a cozy cardigan over my favorite flowy dresses for a comfy and feminine look. Since both pieces I’m wearing are old, I’ve found a few similar options online- a few blue and white dresses here, here and here as well as some similar cardigans here, here and here.
