This month’s beauty finds focus on achieving a healthy, luminous, natural spring glow. For me, this always starts with proper hydration and protection from the sun. I regularly apply sunblock, whether it’s sunny or cloudy outside. On days when I decide to wear makeup, I’ll usually keep it simple, adding a light cover-up, mascara, and lip color. My dry hair requires a little extra pampering in the spring, when the southern humidity begins to set in. Extra conditioning and a finishing spray usually do the trick. Below are more of my skin, hair, and makeup go-tos from this month to help you look and feel your best.

Supergoop Glowscreen

Supergoop is one of our favorite sunscreens for everyday wear. Their newest product, Glowscreen, acts as a 2-in-1 SPF 40 sunscreen and makeup primer. It gives my skin a dewy finish, perfect on its own or layered under foundation for a little extra sun protection and glow.

Ilia Limitless Lash Mascara

While my go-to mascara has always been this one, I’ve been on the hunt for a natural mascara with similar effects. A friend recommended Ilia’s Limitless Lash Mascara and I’ve been really impressed. My eyelashes feel soft and natural. Plus, I love knowing this product is free of harmful ingredients.

Oribe Imperméable Anti-Humid Spray

I can already feel the humidity starting in Charleston. By late-Spring, it will be in full effect meaning more fly-aways and unwanted frizz. I’ve been spraying Oribe’s Imperméable Anti-Humid Spray on my hair right after I blow dry, which helps keep those pesky pieces under control.
