The Watch Rooftop Bar in the hip Restoration Hotel may have one of the best views in all of Charleston. We sampled a few of their signature cocktails and appetizers. We can’t wait to go back to enjoy an evening, sipping drinks, eating appetizers and watching the sunset over the city.
