I love this little romper I found at Forever 21. I actually wore it on St. Patty’s day with a green belt. I love the one sided shoulder and ruffle detail. The white flower pattern is also very subtle against the black. I have MAC lipstick in Amplified on, but I toned the pink down by putting a little bit of concealer over it to create a softer pink.
