We’ve been adjusting to the warm Southern weather and time change since arriving home from Ireland. It’s been difficult after spending so much time outdoors, rain or shine, taking strolls through quaint towns, visiting crystal clear lakes and streams, hiking through majestic forests, and taking walks along green pastures and rolling hills. When planning outfits for our trip, I pulled inspiration from past trips to Ireland , favoring varying shades of green, muted browns, creams, navies, and plaids in an assortment of knit, cashmere, cotton, quilted, and water-resistant fabrics that layer well. Some of the pieces, like this dress, can be worn now, while others will be pulled out as fall arrives.
Plaid Tote Bag
