Rhode Dress, Zimmermann Hat (old, similar here); Clementine’s hat by Kidiwi
Hats have always been a staple of my summer wardrobe, both for sun protection and for style. Even the simplest outfit feels intentional and put-together when topped with a beautiful hat. While one classic, wide-brimmed straw hat (like this one) is the perfect starting point for building a collection, I’ve also been eyeing hats in a variety of silhouettes and materials to try this season. Find a few of my favorites below.
Classic and feminine, this straw hat with pink grosgrain ribbon trim is perfect for an afternoon stroll, especially when paired with a flowy sundress.
While I usually opt for straw hats, I’ve recently come to love cloth hats, like this floral style from ASOS. They are super comfortable and perfect for more active outdoor activities, like gardening.
This vintage-inspired straw visor is both chic and practical. I especially love this style for beach days because I can protect my face from the sun’s rays, while also keeping my hair tied up in a high bun.
