It’s only Wednesday, but this week already feels like so much has happened! We launched our newest GMG Collection styles on Monday, got to see our baby girl during her anatomy scan and our team here in Charleston has been prepping getting ready for a whole bunch of events we have coming up to celebrate our GMG Collection one year anniversary (keep your eyes out for some fun stuff coming your way!). Thomas and I haven’t left our desks much, but we make sure to get out in the mornings and evenings to go on walks and get our bodies moving. I love heading downtown before dusk during the week, when it’s much quieter (than the weekends) and to see all of spring blooming.
Low, comfy sandals or espadrilles are mostly all I live in this time of year. I spotted this colorful DVF pair on Nordstrom and snagged them up to style with all of my favorite dresses for spring (I can’t wait to wear them with this white dress). I love print and color mixing, and the range of hues in these make them surprisingly easy to style. Here are a few more styles I’m loving this season to add a pop of color…
I’m so happy that last year when we were designing this spring season’s styles, we wanted to offer more easy, daytime dresses in cotton and linen, which have now proven to be extra nice now that I’m pregnant. I have no plans of buying true maternity clothes, but hope to wear our relaxed dresses and jumpsuits with stretch throughout the whole spring and summer season. We brought back one of our customer favorites from last year, our Courtney maxi dress in both blue and a new pink color, as seen here. I sized up in this style to make room for the bump, as it’s more fitted around the bust than our newest Jasmine dress. I also can’t wait to get into our white cotton maxi shirtdress soon, too!
Thank you to Nordstrom & Shopstyle for sponsoring this post.
