If I were to describe my dress code in one word, it would be feminine. Regardless of season or location, I’ve always gravitated to more feminine pieces. Even in more relaxed looks, it’s little details like a touch of lace, a soft color or a ladylike silhouette. This Spring, I’m all about the florals and ruffles and I’ve been mixing them in my wardrobe in every way possible. So, I teamed up with Express to share some of my favorite pieces. Since we work from home, we have the luxury of getting to set our own dress code, but that doesn’t mean we’re in sweats all day. I really appreciate the effort of getting ready and dressed and fully believe that it makes for a more productive day.
This top is one of my favorite pieces I’ve ever found from Express. The blue and white stripes have just the right amount of feminine touch with the ruffles. Here I’ve paired it with these Express white linen shorts, but I also can’t wait to wear it with jeans or a white midi skirt. It also comes in an off the shoulder version here or a white version here. And if you’re also loving ruffles like me, this off the shoulder flutter sleeve top and floral print cami will have you excited for more Spring dressing.
Speaking of dress codes, mine could easily be paired down to just dresses, and a floral mini has always been a favorite of mine for warmer months. This sweet one from Express has me already thinking of our summer plans for Nantucket in July! I also love this wrap dress version of it along with this off the shoulder ruffled mini dress. And if you’re already searching for red, white and blue, this striped jumpsuit is adorable and under $100.
Thank you to Express for sponsoring this post.
