Cuyana Top, BB Dakota SkirtĀ (last seen here, dress version here), Chloe Flats, Chanel Bag
Today’s post is short and sweet! If you’re following on Instagram, you’ve probably noticed we’re back in Charleston. We couldn’t get enough of this beautiful city when we were here last month, so we decided to book a trip back to be able to explore more. We sure do love it! Have you ever visited somewhere you just never wanted to leave? That’s how we felt. It may be hot, sticky and humid but we really don’t mind. That’s what ice cream is for!
I last wore this floral midi skirt on the blog here, paired with a crisp white ruffled top and heels. This time around, I switched it up for a busy day running around town, so obviously flats were in order. I still stand by my statement that these scalloped Chloe flats are the most comfortable pair of flats you’ll ever own. Once I let my girlfriends slip them on, they’re always hooked! I have them in black as well and always pack them with me when traveling. Plus, this nude/blush color goes with everything, so that’s always an added bonus. This pink suede shade is also seriously tempting.
We grabbed the bikes again yesterday from our hotel, Zero George, and rode all around the city, starting first at Black Tap for iced lavender lattes. I knew it was going to be hot out, so I’m glad I threw on this silk Cuyana blush top because it’s light and airy. It didn’t cling to my skin or feel uncomfortable throughout the day, which I was grateful for. Plus, all it needed was a fresh steam and it was good to go for dinner that evening!
